Different states for mobile devices

Current state of the system:

• Web and Desktop app and mobile devices all share the same state of opened/closed bullets.

Motivation:

• On desktop I view bullets about my work
• On mobile I view bullets about little things like shopping lists
• I don’t want to open my phone and see exactly the opened bullets from work

Suggestion:

• Each device has a state of the latest view on that device only
• Optional: this feature could be toggle-able

Collapsed state are synced for each user, across all devices, and I think most users expect the collapsed state to be synced across devices.

For you use case I recommend splitting work and life stuff into different documents. If you only view shopping lists on mobile and they are in a different document than your work stuff, it should be fine for your use case.
