Couldn't capture things into inbox

Steps to reproduce

Unknown.

Expected result

Always able to capture things into inbox.

Actual result

Occasionally (once a day) receive “Capture to inbox failed, please double check your inbox location and try again.” for unknown reason. I didn’t make any changes for inbox in the mean time.

Environment

Desktop version

At least, in the error message, “Capture to inbox failed, please double check your inbox location and try again.” Could you include the capturing text so that I don’t need to type it all the way over again?

Hmm… does it tend to happen when you start up the app?

No… It happens in the middle. I captured something a few minutes ago, and it suddenly get error. Very strange.

I tried capturing a few dozen times and didn’t run into it. Consistent steps will be really helpful in this situation, so please help us out if you have more information on how we can reproduce the issue.

Also - could you check the version of your desktop app for me? You can do that by choosing the “About” option in the main menu (menu icon at the top right corner).
