Starting from scratch, what are the steps to make the bug happen? The fewer the steps, the better.
Start Dynalist Desktop Win10 app - Program stopped dialog from Windows
I just started. I tried to un-install and re-install. Same issue.

Instead of the expected result, what happened?

Which operating system are you using? Which browser are you using? If you’re using a desktop or mobile app, what’s the version number of Dynalist?

Really sorry to hear that! Seems like there was something wrong with the auto-updater.

Could you please try deleting the “%appdata%\Dynalist\dynalist\install” folder and see if that helps? Thanks!

Thanks - yes that solved the issue - it now starts as it should.
