Windows app: Trying to upload multiple files fails

Using the latest windows 10 and latest windows 10 app. trying to drag more than one file to the dynalist app shows a status of upload files, but then never uploads anything.

Uploading more than 1 file at a time is not possible, unfortunately. Have you tried uploading those files individually?

@Thao : Yes, it works to upload individually. I think that you should have an error message in that case, not the program kind of hanging/freezing.

This is actually a bug, so thanks for pointing it out for us!

Dynalist should be able to handle multiple uploads without issue, but rather than giving back an error message, it freezes up on the Processing screen.

I will add this bug to our to-do list, thanks again!

Hi Jack, this should be fixed in the latest version of Dynalist. Could you please confirm? Thanks a lot!

hi Erica. now when I try it, it gives a message “please only drop one file at a time”. better than crashing at least, but your previous message said that Dynalist should be able to handle uploading multiple files at once, so I just wanted to confirm.

I apologize for Thao’s answer (we use the same profile picture, sorry for the confusion). I checked the code earlier and multiple files are not supported, sorry about that!
