Share to Dynalist input box covered by settings UI

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the settings to to check If the inbox location are properly set.
  2. Switch to safari browser and share a webpage to dynalist

Expected result

I can review the title and notes and then save the new item into my in box.

Actual result

The title input box is covered by settings ui

Environment

ios 11, dynalist app newest version, mobile safari

I had tried the latest version just now, the input box is displaying correctly (not covered by settings UI anymore), Thanks!
