It would be helpful if we can filter the search results by documents and folders.
When I have perfect control of the tagging and dating policies in all documents, search in a documents and Search Everywhere was enough.
but once I shared the documents with others and import document made by others,
I cannot preserve the clean-policy of tagging and dating and unnecessary items are included in search results.
