Restoring deleted Dynalist

Hi

A list me and my colleagues are working on each and every day has vanished without explanation. It may have been an accidental delete.

Please advise who i contact to try and get this restored. I just signed up for the Pro version and i cannot see any version control or recycle bin etc?

Open the Files side tree, right click on your file:

Hi thanks for the reply

The file is missing from the left hand side - so i cant right click on it.

I need the missing file restored somehow? Perhaps there’s an email address i need to contact about this as its a technical support/database restore job im guessing ?
