Recurring dates that change each month


I have a monthly meeting on the second Friday, with several checklisted items to complete that week for the meeting. Because the date changes each month, as well as often the number of weeks in between, how can I show this as a recurring checklist that goes to the next meeting automatically? Or is this something I have to schedule manually each month? I’m new to the pro level, so it may be obvious and I’m simply not seeing it.
