Steps to reproduce
Move item under a collapsed list. Enter the collapsed list.
Expected result
Item appears highlighted (blue), but once an action is taken it is no longer highlighted, even when you re-enter the list.
Actual result
Item appears highlighted (blue), and once you perform an action (click on top bar, click on item, etc.) it unhighlights, but if you exit and re-enter the list it is highlighted again. See video here: https://streamable.com/4noxy
