Hello, I’m having a problem getting my notes to sync on my Mac. I’m having no issues with sync on the web and on a different Mac, but when I downloaded the app and logged in, it seems to be syncing an older version of my notes. Any suggestions?
I received your support ticket about this earlier. Sorry I didn’t reach back to you as quickly here!
It looks like the local data might have been corrupted somehow.
Could you please try the following:
- Make sure local data are saved (you can export local unsaved changes to OPML or plain text using the “Export” option in the item menu);
- Exit the desktop app;
- Rename the following folder “data” to “data-backup”
- Location (Mac): ~/Library/Application Support/Dynalist/dynalist/data
- Restart the app.
That should pull a fresh copy from the server and fix the issue. After that, paste or import the local changes to continue.
