Long Document Name Not Full Visible in Slide Bar in Desktop App

Steps to reproduce

Starting from scratch, what are the steps to make the bug happen? The fewer the steps, the better.
Create a document with a long name.

Expected result

What do you expect to see after carrying out the steps above?
Document name is adjusted into multi-line to wrap its content in slide bar.

Actual result

Instead of the expected result, what happened?
Document name is in a single line and is cut by the edge of slide bar.

Environment

Which operating system are you using? Which browser are you using? If you’re using a desktop or mobile app, what’s the version number of Dynalist?
win 10, desktop app version 1.0.48

Android app do not have this problem.

Hi @lambda, thanks a lot for posting this and helping us improve Dynalist!

My opinion is that this is expected on desktop, to be able to show more documents. You can easily horizontally scroll the slide bar. Also, you can freely resize the slide bar.

Here are some other examples of this behavior, in other editors:

Sublime Text:

Wrapping the file names would look them look weirder, in my humble opinion.

On the mobile app, since (1) you cannot resize the slide bar, and (2) horizontal scrolling is harder with the menu icon at the right, we made it so the document names wrap.

It makes sense.
But what about showing full title when hovering over it just like most file manager will do?
