Steps to reproduce
I press Page-Up and the screen scrolls up a page. I then press Cursor-Right and the screen scrolls down a page. Page Up needs to move the cursor.
I copied a section of an outline and pasted it in another spot. From there, I was no longer able to type. The cursor had lost its spot. Escape key didnāt help. Only getting out a mouse and clicking somewhere worked. Cursor should either be at the beginning of the pasted stuff or after the end of the paste.
