I know that this problem has been eluded to before, but I cannot find the reference right now. Need sync to be as fast as possible when opening a document, else one has to wait around until sync.
Steps to reproduce
Open same document on IOS
Note that it does not sync right away
Expected result
When I open a document on IOS, I expect it to sync immediately, not wait around for timer, so I can start working immediately.
Actual result
It takes too long (30 seconds) before it to sync so blocks from starting to work quickly
