"Failed to load documents" when my pages loading

Steps to reproduce

Starting from scratch, what are the steps to make the bug happen? The fewer the steps, the better.

  • Open home page and page displays: " Failed to load documents - Retry".

Expected result

What do you expect to see after carrying out the steps above?

  • Files and pages load.

Actual result

Instead of the expected result, what happened?

  • " Failed to load documents. Retry" displayed. This is not a connection issue.

Additional Info - My mobile IOS app is not loading information or last changes at the moment either.
