EDIT: It’s back up now
Syncing from mobile is extremely slow right now. Seems like an outage or performance degradation.
We’re seeing some networking issues on our server provider’s end. I’m on live chat with them right now to investigate.
Server is going down for a reboot just to clear up any issues.
Servers are back up but we are still experiencing intermittent bursts of network outage (few seconds at a time). This doesn’t seem to affect our server but it does take it down when the outage lasts more than 30 seconds.
We’re monitoring the situation while waiting on the senior engineers from our hosting provider to debug the issue.
Our hosting provider will be performing additional hardware diagnosis. We’ll likely be intermittently available for the next while as they swap our servers to different networks for troubleshooting. Sorry about that!
We’ve finally identified a likely cause and measures have been put in place. Continuing to monitor the server status as we verify the fix is effective.
Last update, according to logs the past few hours had 0 issues, so I think we can consider this solved! Won’t be doing a post-mortem this time as the issue was on hosting and the downtime was relatively short (In total about 4x 10-minute windows over the ~3 hours).
