Desktop apps border

it’s good to have exactly same look between windows, masOS and linux platforms. something like typora
it’s also good to have keyboard shortcut command+, to open setting panel

Are the desktop apps looking difference from each other right now?

Not sure settings deserve such a common shortcut, especially when setting is available from anything with just one click. We’ll think about it though.

Settings/preferences is really platform specific shortcut. For instance on a Mac it’s almost always CMD and , (comma). But rarely, if ever, on a PC or Linux. So I don’t know that having a hard coded shortcut to it would be that beneficial. And as you say, not that frequently accessed in any case.
