is it not possible to paste an URL like bear://x-callback-url/open-note?id=xxxxxxx into an Note?
I‘ve tried this with my iPad Pro using the Desktop Side into Safari and the Dynalist iOS App.
Using Dynawrite and sending to Dynalist is working.
