currently it defaults to searching both the title and the note.
99% of the time i only want to search the titles and since i have a lot of notes it means there is always lot of space taken up in the search results, which then makes it harder to find the titles i am looking for.
it would much rather typing āin:noteā once in a blue moon that having to type āin:titleā each time!
