Character count?

It would be great if you can add an option to show character count, instead of word count.

In Japanese (and other Asian languages), word count is not that helpful, because we don’t split words with spaces in Japanese.

Any movement on this? Very needed in order to make twitter-thread writing in dynalist more viable.

Are there any updates for this feature?
I’d like to use this feature. When I’m writing blog posts or articles on magazine, the editors required me to fit the number of characters to N characters.

It is useful I can know the number of characters when I write the outline.
