Can't drag one item into another

I’m not sure if this is a bug report or a feature request!

Steps to reproduce

Drag one item (grabbing by the bullet) and attempt to drop on top of another.

Expected result

The dragged item becomes a child of the target item.

Actual result

The dragged item becomes a sibling of the target item.

Environment

Chrome latest, Windows 10.

By way of comparison, see the equivalent behavior in Workflowy:

Dragging into an item makes it a child item (apparently not possible in Dynalist):

Could be either. I have to admit that we didn’t take this case into consideration when first implementing drag and drop.

We have tracked this bug on our todo list, and will fix it as soon as we can! Thanks again for letting us know.

So is this being fixed? I just realized it is still an issue.

Update: you can now do this by landing the cursor on the right half of the document.
