Android light theme is still dark

Steps to reproduce

Android, light theme not working. Is dark. Every other theme works.
I think that because I have DARK theme in Android system.

Expected result

I want light theme when switch to it :wink: (no matter that I have dark mode system)

Actual result

Instead of the expected result, what happened?

Nothing. Is still dark theme.

Environment

Android 10, Xiaomi Mi 9, MIUI12, system dark mode

I can’t seem to reproduce this - Android 10. Are you on the latest version? There should be a “default/auto-detect” theme that uses your system mode, and also a dedicated “light” theme.

But not light. Light is always dark, nothing happen.

I couldn’t reproduce on Samsung S10 Android 10 with system dark mode on. Light theme is light for me.
