Did you manually input the numbers, or is that the autogenerated number list by dynalist?
What platform are you on (iOS/Android) and are you using the App or Mobile site?

Edit, just saw that this was similar to this: UI Glitches iOS not alligned
It is in android app, using the numbered list. (By the way, the numbered list item is still unable to edit. A colored number list cannot be edited)
