Unable to create a New document and syncing issues

Steps to reproduce

Both in windows client and through browser when a new document is created it shows the name in the my files tab although in the composition pane it does not show.

Expected result

Document should be editable in the composition tab

Actual result

composition tab shows shows an infinity symbol along with an app tip.

Environment

Which operating system are you using? Windows 10 Which browser are you using? Chrome production rev. If you’re using a desktop or mobile app, what’s the version number of Dynalist? Dynalist 1.0.50 note problem occurs in both desktop version and in chrome browser.

I also have the IOS application and it does not appear to be syncing. Presently using the pro trial version of the client. Everything had been working fine for a few days up until an hour ago with the reporting of the this issue. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
