I would like to always show unchecked items in one and hide them in another document. I expected to get this feature by using bookmarks, as they promise to “bookmark what I see”.

The plan right now is to make show/hide checked setting separate for each document, but not by each bookmark, unfortunately.
It sounds like it would solve your issue though.
