New documents can't have items moved to them immediately

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a new document “test” but don’t open it
  2. Move any item from the current document
  3. The new document (“test”) can not be found

Expected result

It should be possible to move items to test.

Actual result

“test” can not be found in the move dialog.

Environment

Windows 10, Firefox 58.0b13 (64-bit)
