Move folder / doc on sidebar in IOS

I can’t seem to move docs / folders (e.g. reorder) in iOS (no, I don’t have 3D Touch).

I hold down the doc / folder and get a triangle.
Great, but moving it to another folder gives no result at all.

Surely I’m missing something or making a noob mistake.
(Using original iPad Pro and iPhone 6)

This works PERFECT and quick in Google Chrome.
