iOS app freezes on startup

Steps to reproduce

Starting from scratch, what are the steps to make the bug happen? The fewer the steps, the better.

Launch iOS app

Expected result

What do you expect to see after carrying out the steps above?

I expect to work on my outlines

Actual result

Instead of the expected result, what happened?

Freezing

Environment

Which operating system are you using? Which browser are you using? If you’re using a desktop or mobile app, what’s the version number of Dynalist?

iOS app

Additional information

The iOS app punishes users for actually using the app by freezing and locking up if you have large outlines, thus making it unusable. After months of being told to delete my own data and no noticeable attempts to fix the problem, I’ve given up and switched to a native iOS outlining app by another developer for most of my work. I still use Dynalist for situations where I need to access my outlines on the web or collaborate with other people, but all my serious work is now in a more reliable app that doesn’t care how big my files are.

As reported here, this problem seems (mostly) fixed now.

Unfortunately I jumped the gun on this. It is better than before, but the app still freezes regularly. (About once or twice a day. Especially the first time launching each new day.)
