How to access menu in narrow view?

This seems like something I should know or figure out but I can’t!

When in narrow view (like iPhone but I use a narrow pane a lot on Mac, to use DL along with writing apps) - we can expand collapse with the +/- at right, and zoom with the dot.

But how do we access the hamburger (usually left of dot in wide format) for other commands? Or do we just have to remember key board commands?

Right click the bullet point or use keyboard shortcuts.

The menu might not appear all in view though, since it may be indeed really narrow.
