Hitting enter doesn't create a new bullet

Steps to reproduce

Put cursor at the end of a bullet item
Press enter

Expected result

A new bullet will be created

Actual result

Adds new line to the next bullet (i.e. same thing as shift+enter)

Environment

Windows 10, Chrome, browser not app

Additional information

I could add a screenshot but it would just show an ordinary bullet.

I use Win10, Chrome, this doesn’t happen for me.

@McKinley_Valentine: any chance your Shift key got stuck?

We’ve heard of this issue happening on IE 11, which is a browser we don’t support. Shouldn’t happen on Chrome though.

A screenshot would still help. The screenshot can tell us if the second line if item title or note. Whether Enter is creating a new line in the item title or editing the note field is important to debugging this issue. Thanks in advance!

I have the same problem. Oddly enough, it started after I pressed ctrl+F to find something.

Which browser are you using? If it’s IE, it’s not supported unfortunately.

If it’s Chrome/Firefox, please let me know what’s the minimum step to reproduce it. Thanks!
