Steps to reproduce

Starting from scratch, what are the steps to make the bug happen? The fewer the steps, the better.
when opening my account i get the error “Failed to load documents.” and it doesen’t display my notes.

Expected result

What do you expect to see after carrying out the steps above?
i’m suppose to see my files

Actual result

Instead of the expected result, what happened?
it circles and displays error “Failed to load documents.”

Environment

Which operating system are you using? Which browser are you using? If you’re using a desktop or mobile app, what’s the version number of Dynalist?
windows, google chrome web version

Sorry for the late reply!

Are you using Dynalist in your workplace or something like that?

The only reason I think that would Dynalist being blocked somehow.

Are you consistently seeing this error?

i tried from home, it was resolved somehow 2 days ago, thank you for reviewing this issue
