Auto-completion popup does not scroll with keyboard

When selecting an auto-completion entry using the keyboard ([Up]/[Down] keys), the popup does not scroll along with the highlighted entry.

Steps to reproduce

1. Type [[a (or any other letter) to start auto-completion.
2. Press [Up] to highlight last item in the auto-completion list.

Expected result

The auto-completion popup scrolls all the way down to reveal the last entry, which is highlighted.

Actual result

The last entry is highlighted, but the popup does not scroll down to reveal the last entry.

Environment

Win 10 Pro x64, Chrome 62.0.3202.94 x64

• [Auto-complete] When pressing Up and Down in the tag or internal link auto-complete list, the list will be scrolled if necessary.

Works for tags, but not for internal links.
